The Place

A chalet in the
Adamello-Brenta Nature Park.

The chalet stands where the noise fades: overlooking the lake of Molveno, immersed in the forest and embraced by the Dolomiti di Brenta, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

The chalet sits where the noise fades. Forest in front, the lake of Molveno below, and all around the Dolomiti di Brenta — a UNESCO World Heritage site.

  • Lake MolvenoLake Molveno: crystal-clear, fully swimmable waters, awarded the "Cinque Vele" by Legambiente and Touring Club — Italy's top rating for clean, eco-friendly lakes. For over ten years running, among the most beautiful and cleanest lakes in the country.
  • The Adamello-Brenta Nature Park620 km² of protected nature surrounding the chalet.
  • Baita FortiniA traditional Trentino restaurant just a short walk away, easily reached on foot.

Getting here

The final stretch is an unpaved road through the heart of the forest: to drive up safely you need a 4x4, otherwise you can leave the car just below and walk the last few metres. Think of it as the beginning of your journey — the journey itself is part of the ritual.
